Responsibilities

1. Visit

   hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, diagnostic centres and individual healthcare professionals to introduce and promote our upcoming digital platform (App).

2. Identify and connect

   with ortho-doctors, specialists, physiotherapists, nurses, healthcare technicians and other potential service providers.

3. Explain our services

   , features, benefits and upcoming opportunities to healthcare professionals.

4. Generate leads

   and facilitate the onboarding and registration of healthcare providers on our platform.

5. Collect relevant provider information

   , professional details and service preferences using company-provided forms and tools.

6. Build and maintain relationships

   with healthcare professionals and institutions.
7. Conduct regular follow-ups with interested providers and

   assist them throughout the onboarding process.

8. Maintain

   daily activity reports

   , provider databases and lead-generation records.

9. Achieve assigned weekly and monthly targets

   for provider outreach, lead generation and successful onboarding.

10. Share market feedback

    , competitor information and suggestions with the Business Development team

Preferred candidate profile

1. Undergraduate or graduate candidates from any stream. BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. and Healthcare Management students will be preferred.
2. Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience are welcome.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Confident, presentable and comfortable interacting with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
5. Willingness to travel locally and undertake field visits regularly.
6. Good convincing, networking and relationship-building abilities.
7. Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel and internet applications.
8. Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
