Join Our Team at IGF Exciting Career Opportunities! IGF is currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to lead a multi-phase community development project aimed at revitalizing Anganwadi Centres. The initiative focuses on infrastructure refurbishment, capacity building for ASHA and Anganwadi workers, and employee engagement programs. Job Opening: Project Coordinator Revitalizing Anganwadi Centres Location: Bengaluru & Hyderabad Organization: IGF-India Key Responsibilities: Oversee phase-wise refurbishment of Anganwadi Centres including painting, wall/floor repairs, electrical work, furniture restoration, and installation of water filters. Coordinate procurement of essential supplies like mats, stationery, and bathroom repairs (subject to funding). Liaise with local government bodies to secure necessary permits and approvals. Plan and conduct capacity-building workshops for ASHA and Anganwadi workers. Organize digital literacy sessions and community engagement activities. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage coordination with contractors, vendors, and trainers. Monitor program progress, track employee participation, collect feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports on deliverables and fund utilization. Eligibility & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Project Management, Public Health, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in community development, NGO projects, or capacity-building initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage multi-phase projects with diverse stakeholders. Basic understanding of civil repair, redevelopment, and refurbishment coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with community workers and corporate volunteers. Language Proficiency: Fluency in [Local language], Hindi, and English is required.
