Medical staff is good but operational staff is not upto mark. Not able to handle cases and everything takes hours to get done. Discharge takes whole day and that too after multiple follow ups. Need lot of work to improve processes.

Special thanks to Mr Gaurav Patel for smoothening admission process, Mrs Deval and Mr Sumit for making cashless process so smooth and effective.
