Role Overview: Territory: Mumbai + travel expectation 80% Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for the Medical Devices portfolio ( Interventional, Medical device consumable ) within the assigned territory. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, strengthening hospital and distributor relationships, and ensuring consistent customer engagement in line with company objectives and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory across product lines (surgical, interventional,Medical Devices ). Identify, develop, and manage key accounts including hospitals, surgeons, and distributors. Build strong relationships with neurosurgeons, interventionists, and purchasing teams to drive product adoption. Execute territory sales plans aligned with regional and national sales strategy. Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence. Collaborate closely with marketing, clinical, and service teams for product launches and support activities. OT/Cath lab support during cases, on-call availability as per territory need Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools. Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related discipline; MBA preferred. 5-7 years of experience in medical device sales, with hands-on exposure to surgical, interventional, or capital equipment segments. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong relationships with key hospitals, surgeons, and procurement departments in the assigned geography. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
