If you have a proven track record in selling e-learning, voiceover, multimedia, or localization services, we would love to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a structured sales function to drive business growth. You will identify and activate new sales channels to engage SMEs and enterprise clients while continuously exploring opportunities for expansion and revenue generation. Your responsibilities will also include reaching out to new and existing clients, building strong, lasting relationships, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive long-term success. You will collaborate closely with account management, vendor, projects, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. As the Head of Sales, you will set up and lead a results-driven sales team, mentoring and guiding them in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals. You will define sales targets and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in professional services within an agency setup, preferably from the Content, Translation, E-Learning Design & Development industry. Strong experience in selling E-learning, Voiceover, Multimedia, and Localization services is essential, along with the ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team.
