Head of Sales

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales with a strong background in pure sales and proven B2B expertise. The ideal candidate should have experience in client acquisition, managing the complete sales cycle, building long-term business relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

The candidate should also have good knowledge of PC hardware and be able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, forecasts, and team performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong background in direct sales, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, components, specifications, and configurations.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate hardware solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
