Position Summary

The Head of Operations will lead all operational activities for Hunter Foundry Machinery in India, driving operational excellence, business growth, customer satisfaction, and organizational development while partnering closely with global leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Operations

• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements.
• Establish scalable operational processes.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Standardize workflows and reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development

• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Promote accountability and collaboration.

Supply Chain & Project Management

• Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Lead project execution and customer installations.

Budget & Resource Management

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10-15+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
