Head of Operations

The Role

We're hiring a Head of Operations to run Adzzat day to day. Today our COO does it himself. Your job is to take it off his plate and run it better. Adzzat is the delivery layer behind AI data companies. They bring the project. We bring vetted engineers, finance experts and annotators from across India, and we run everything else: vetting, onboarding, quality, project management and payouts. Our promise to clients is simple: you get the output, we handle the ops. We're growing fast, and you're the person who keeps that promise as we do.

What a week looks like

No two weeks are the same. A typical one, compressed:

Monday: A client sends a new project: 200 expert tasks in 10 days, in a skill we've never staffed. By Wednesday you've scoped it, tested the first 20 people and shipped a pilot batch.

Tuesday: A batch comes back with too many rejections. By evening you know why. By morning the guidelines are fixed and the team is retrained.

Wednesday: A prospect wants samples by Friday to decide on a pilot. They get them Thursday.

Thursday: Your best reviewer is out mid-deadline. Nothing slips, because you never let one person become the bottleneck.

Friday: Payout day. Hundreds of tasks across projects and pay tiers. Everyone is paid on time and the numbers match the invoice.

In between: client calls, contributor escalations, and at least one problem nobody has seen before.

You're measured on:

• On-time delivery
• First-pass acceptance (work the client accepts without rework)
• Days from kickoff to first accepted batch
• Payouts on time and accurate
• Retention of top contributors
• Founder hours spent in ops (target: close to zero)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
