Description
We are looking for an experienced Creative Services Manager to join our team at Jivox. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for visual storytelling and a creative vision. As a manager, you will be responsible for mentoring designers and implementing design standards across the company. Your role will be crucial in delivering creative solutions for top global brands and shaping our brand and visual identity. As the Creative Services Manager, you will lead and manage the design team, project manage design projects, and oversee creative workflows, including collaboration with external design teams. You will use your proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects to create captivating visuals for digital and print media. Additionally, you will conceptualize and create storyboards for multimedia projects, ensuring brand consistency across all communications and campaigns. Your expertise in Figma and Google Web Designer (GWD) will be essential in designing interactive and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces. Collaborating with the UX/UI team, you will ensure seamless integration of interactive elements. It is important to stay updated on industry trends and design tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, and quickly adapt to project requirements, providing creative solutions. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in creative roles, including leading creative teams. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design tools such as Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, and GWD. Project management skills, strong conceptual thinking, and excellent understanding of design principles are necessary for this role. Moreover, you should be detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
