Key Responsibilities:

1. Manpower Planning & Recruitment - Understand manpower requirements from management, delivery teams and customers; source, screen and coordinate interviews.

2. Employee Onboarding & Deployment - Complete documentation, salary approval, offer letters, joining formalities, induction and customer-specific deployment formalities in time.

3. Employee Retention & Attrition - Monitor employee satisfaction, resignations, notice periods, absenteeism and replacement requirements.

4. Payroll & Salary Coordination - Validate attendance, leave, LOP, salary inputs, incentives, reimbursements and employee payroll change

5. Statutory & Labour Compliance - Ensure applicable PF, ESIC, professional tax, labour welfare, wage, contract labour and other statutory obligations are met.

6. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling - Address employee concerns, disciplinary matters, workplace issues and escalation cases

7. Attendance, Leave & Backup Coordination - Monitor attendance, planned and emergency leave, absenteeism, notice periods and backup coordination for onsite engineers.

8. HR Policies & Performance Management - Implement HR policies, probation reviews, confirmation, appraisal, KRA reviews and employee disciplinary processes.

9. HR MIS & Management Reporting - Submit recruitment, headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll, compliance and employee-status reports.

10. HR Administration & Asset Coordination - Maintain employee files, ID cards, asset acknowledgements, exit clearances and records of company property.

11. Employee communication: Communicate company policies, attendance rules, leave procedures, notice periods and salary-related terms clearly to employees.

12. Exit management: Ensure notice-period compliance, handover, asset recovery, full-and-final settlement coordination and replacement planning.

13. Employee cost monitoring: Provide monthly headcount and salary-cost reports to management to support manpower budgeting and commercial decision.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have good english communication, Smart and Confident person.
• Education - BCS/BE/PG HR
• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred.
• Good understanding of Desktop Support, Server Support, Network Support, and IT Infrastructure roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
