Head - Finance Controls

As a Head of Finance Controls, you will play a crucial role in designing and embedding the Finance strategy for value creation and growth in a SaaS Tech organisation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A), providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team to guide business decisions. - Designing, developing, and implementing mechanisms for raising debt such as ECBs, NCDs, and other optimal sources of capital. - Creating, coordinating, and evaluating financial controls and supporting information systems, as well as automating the Finance function to aid in periodic investor reports and fundraising. - Supporting commercial activities including deal structuring, contract creation, approval for offers, contract management, and setting credit limits for clients. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of post-qualification experience with a Qualified CA / CFA / CMA certification and strong analytical skills. - Experience with a SaaS Tech organisation or start-up would be an added advantage. - Good understanding of best practices in the SaaS-tech industry. - Strong proficiency with Financial Systems.
