Job Location :

Qualification :
BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering; MBA/PGD from NICMAR or other institute
Experience :
20 Yrs. & above
Job Description :
  • Develop and implement growth strategy to secure orders through direct client engagement, partnerships, and consortiums.
  • Drive market expansion into new geographies (India & International), sectors (infrastructure, Transport, Hydro, Nuclear, Industrial, Water, and others) and delivery models (EPC, PPP, BOT, BOOT).
  • Ensure balanced portfolio of projects across regions and business segments.
  • Build CXO relationships with clients, government bodies, PSUs, global EPC players, consultants, and developers.
  • Establish strategic alliances, JVs, and consortiums for mega projects.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners and govt. bodies to enable focused and accurate market insights.
  • Represent the company in industry forums, government bodies, and international EPC consortiums.
  • Develop deep networks with policy-makers to anticipate regulatory and project opportunities.
  • Monitor pipeline, forecast order inflow, and report regularly to the Management.
  • Provide a long-term commercial vision to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Proactively engage with clients during the pre-bid stage to gather strategic inputs and lead techno-commercial negotiations.
  • Align client requirements with internal capabilities and growth plans.
  • Provide leadership in Estimation and Tendering process of all projects through price based costing and other innovative methods.
  • Oversee preparation of EOIs, PQs, RFPs, and large-value bids with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure seamless post-award handover to execution teams and provide ongoing support in project delivery.
  • Work in close coordination with the Management and to shape business development strategy & regularly share updates to the CEO & VCMD.
  • Build and lead a high-performance business development team.
  • Support internal and external communication activities to strengthen the company’s strategic positioning.

Desired Profile :
  • The preferred candidate should be approximately 45-50 years of age.
  • 20+ years’ experience in large infrastructure companies, in Indian and/or international geographies
  • Candidate must have Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Proven track record of securing and/or delivering multi-crore EPC projects with organizations
