HCC Medical Coder

Job Description: You will be responsible for accurately assigning medical codes to diagnoses and procedures in accordance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations. - Assign appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes to medical diagnoses and procedures. - Review patient medical records to ensure accurate code assignment. - Adhere to coding guidelines and regulations to maintain compliance. - Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation as needed.
