The hospital is good. The OT staff the doctors are really good. Facilities are also esent. The only problem is nurses. They are not professional. There is lack of communication between the nurses. Things are ordered again and even if already provided. deducting one star only for that

Their ICU is pathetic, reason being the nurses (mostly the Malayali ones) who are rude. I wanted to go to the Medical Director of the hospital and complain to him. It's supposed to be a Christian hospital but the nurses lack the basic Christian virtues of kindness and gentleness.
