My wife called for MRI appointment but that lady on call was speaking so arrogantly & since their e-mail was not working properly my wife shared details verbally but that lady was not showing any interest to take details on calls and asking me to visit hospital only.

We have visited to Dr Hemant Sankpal at Bethany hospital for my mother's cataract,and the whole process was very smooth.Within 2 weeks both eyes cataract were removed and hospital staff were very supportive.

We respect their time and priorities but they should also respect patients time.

2 hrs wait time to get an IV injection. Absolutely rude nurses, back answering and not ready to co-operate. Severely understaffed. Can see only nurses in casualty and 10-12 security guards swarming around.

Since 6 years I and my others family member go to Bethany for treatment. Doctors are very good and cooperative but hospital stuff specially nurses are extremely non cooperative. They ordered every small things like diper,gloves etc to attendent without considering his or her age.
