The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, showcasing our products, and closing deals. This is a field-focused role requiring strong communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Identify and target potential B2B clients across assigned regions Self-generate and follow up on leads through market visits and outbound efforts Conduct product presentations and client meetings to explain features and benefits Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect and report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Preferably with experience in the Audio/Visual or LED display industry Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales Strong field sales experience with lead generation and client conversion Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a go-getter attitude Willingness to travel for client visits and on-ground sales activities Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream Prior experience in the Audio/Visual or LED display industry is a strong advantage What We Offer Salary range: ₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month Travel and field allowances Dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Training and product support from an experienced technical team Free accommodation provided How to apply Send your resume to hr@hawaiiledscreen.com or by WhatsApp 8089745037 For more information, visit: www.hawaiiledscreen.com
