Job Summary Harvin Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics & Operations Executive to manage dispatch operations, inventory planning, billing, MIS reporting, and customer coordination. ERP experience is mandatory, and candidates with e-commerce operations experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage daily logistics, transportation, and dispatch operations 2. Coordinate with transporters/vehicles and ensure timely deliveries 3. Plan and manage inventory, stock replenishment & batch-wise tracking 4. Handle billing, invoicing, expense sheets, and transporter payments through ERP 5. Maintain B2B, B2C, wholesale & bulk customer communication 6. Verify sales returns and maintain documentation as per company policy 7. Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel/ERP 8. Update and maintain e-commerce product catalog and product information 9. Ensure smooth warehouse operations through proper coordination. Required Skills 1. Logistics & Operations Management 2. Warehouse handling (inward/outward dispatch) 3. Inventory planning & stock segregation 4. Billing, invoicing & payment follow-up 5. MIS Reporting (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office) 6. ERP Knowledge (Mandatory) 7. ERP / WMS / Inventory ERP (preferred) 8. B2B & B2C Customer Handling Skills (Required) 9. Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) 10. Good coordination, problem-solving & documentation skills Experience 1. 2–4 years in Logistics / Warehouse / Operations / Supply Chain 2. Preferably worked as Logistics Executive, Operations Executive, Warehouse Coordinator, MIS Executive 3. Candidates with e-commerce experience will be given preference Education 1. Bachelor's Degree (any field) 2.
