Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strategic plans to increase company revenue. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, and actively seeking out new business growth opportunities. The Design Engineer contributes to various stages of project development, including site assessment, system design, documentation & drawing preparation, Bill of material preparation, equipment GTP & it’s drawing review and coordination with site team for the project execution tasks. Internal External Within department, Intradepartmental With Client, With Vendors Qualifications Experience · Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering & solar EPC design team working experience preferred. · 3 to 5 year Experience in solar industry is preferable Technical Skills Behavioral Competencies · Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and PV design tools (PVsyst, Sketchup, etc.). · Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform shading analysis, energy yield calculations, Knowledge of Indian standards. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. · Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
