JOB DESCRIPTION The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall B2B sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role plays a critical part in achieving the company's sales objectives and enhancing its market presence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy and Planning: o Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. o Define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. 2. Revenue Growth and Target Achievement: o Set ambitious revenue and sales growth targets for the B2B segment. o Monitor and analyse sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed. o Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and customer segments. 3. Team Leadership: o Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-caliber B2B sales team. o Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members to drive individual and collective success. o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. 4. Surface Grinding Operator – Roles and Responsibilities1. Machine Operation Set up and operate surface grinding machines to produce flat, smooth, and accurate surfaces Select and mount appropriate grinding wheels based on material and job requirements Adjust machine controls for speed, feed rate, and depth of cut 2. Job Setup & Preparation Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions Secure workpieces properly using magnetic chucks, fixtures, or clamps Measure and mark workpieces before grinding 3. Precision Grinding Grind metal or non-metal parts to specified dimensions and surface finish Maintain tight tolerances according to specifications Perform rough and finish grinding operations as required 4. Quality Control Inspect finished parts using measuring tools such as micrometers, vernier calipers, and dial gauges Ensure parts meet dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards Identify defects and make necessary corrections 5. Machine Maintenance Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Dress and balance grinding wheels when required Report machine malfunctions or wear to supervisors 6.
