Job Title: Technical Trainer (Contractual / Full-Time) Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Trainer with expertise in Full Stack Development using Python and the MERN stack. This position is available on a contractual basis (6 months to 1 year) or full-time, with immediate deployment based on project requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions and developing training materials tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs on Full Stack Development using Python and MERN stack. Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and seminars for trainees. Customize training content to align with project-specific requirements. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development. Collaborate with project managers to align training schedules with deployment timelines. Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, and online resources. Support the development of e-learning modules and digital training content. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Full Stack Development using Python and MERN stack. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus. Contract Details This position is available on a contractual basis for a duration of 6 months to 1 year, or as a full-time role. Deployment will be immediate based on project requirements.
