1. Job Summary The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, assisting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. 2. Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes Attend incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments Handle courier/parcel receipt and distribution Administrative Support Manage meeting room bookings and ensure proper setup Maintain office stationery records and raise requests for replenishment Assist in basic data entry and documentation tasks Support in daily administrative activities as required Communication & Coordination Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication Share important notices and information with staff Relay messages to concerned employees on time Customer Handling Respond to visitor and caller queries courteously Represent the company in a polite and professional manner 3. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) Pleasant personality and professional attitude Strong multitasking and time-management abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel) Good telephone etiquette 4. Qualifications & Experience Minimum: Graduate (12th Pass acceptable depending on company policy) 03 years of experience in front office or receptionist roles (Freshers can apply) 5.
