Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bodyshop Advisor at Hallmark Honda Automotive Private Limited, located in Navi Mumbai. The Bodyshop Advisor will be responsible for coordinating vehicle repairs, managing customer communication, preparing repair estimates, and ensuring timely completion of services. This role involves liaising with technicians, assessing damage, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication skills Knowledge of automotive repair processes and damage assessment Proficiency in preparing and explaining repair cost estimates Ability to manage and coordinate work between different teams Organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with automotive software systems is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education; certification in automotive repair or related field is advantageous Prior experience in an automotive body shop or related field
