Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (based on performance, experience, high performance)
• Incentives:
• 5% incentive on monthly services revenue (as per slab)
• ₹500 bonus for zero client complaints in a month

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and professional salon all-rounder who can independently handle clients and services.

Required skills:

• Eyebrows (threading & shaping)
• Clean ups
• Basic to advance facials
• Manicure and pedicure
• Haircuts
• Blow dry settings
• Client consultation & service recommendation

Additional responsibilities:

• Maintain high hygiene & service standards
• Proper brand & product knowledge
• Encourage and guide happy clients to give Google reviews
• Maintain daily service records
• Wear and maintain studio uniform (provided by us)
• Be punctual, polite, and customer-focused

Professional Appearance Policy (Mandatory)

To maintain our brand image and hygiene standards, all employee must strictly follow:

• Wear studio uniform (shirt provided by the salon) at all times

• Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance daily

• Hair must be tied properly; no messy styles

• Minimal, clean makeup only (no heavy or unprofessional looks)

• Clean footwear suitable for salon work

• Short, clean nails (no long or artificial nails)

• Personal hygiene must be maintained throughout the day

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a professional salon
• Must be confident to work independently
• Ready to attend a skill trial before confirmation
• Looking for long-term association
• Positive attitude & team-oriented mindset
