Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and experienced Unisex Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all types of hair services for both men and women, including haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, and other hair care services. Excellent customer service skills, hygiene practices, and up-to-date knowledge of hair trends are essential. Key Responsibilities: Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and hair treatments for male and female clients. Conduct hair coloring, highlights, global color, root touch-ups, and fashion colors as per client requirements. Recommend hair care treatments, products, and styles suitable for different hair types and face shapes. Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and workstations. Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products. Manage client bookings and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. Handle basic hair spa, smoothening, straightening, keratin, botox, and other chemical services. Upsell salon services and products when appropriate. Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Unisex Hairdresser. Expertise in both men's and women's hair services. Strong knowledge of hair care products, coloring, and styling tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Polite, professional, and presentable personality. Certification from a recognized hairdressing academy is preferred.
