Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Manager (Technical Services), located in Mumbai. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical services, technical presentations, providing technical support and application trainings, troubleshooting issues, managing customer service interactions, and site demonstrations. The role is key in ensuring correct product usage, increasing brand trust, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. The responsibility of this role would be to manage technical services for the states of Maharashtra and Gujarat region. Day-to-day tasks include ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of technical solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide product demonstrations and training to contractors, applicators, channel partners, and internal sales teams Assist in preparation of technical submittals, method statements, and specifications for project clients Address and resolve customer technical complaints or concern. Coordinate with R&D and Sales team for performance feedback and formulation fine-tuning Support pre-sales and post-sales activities from a technical standpoint Maintain records of site reports, training sessions, and feedback Conduct site visits for product application supervision, troubleshooting, and technical evaluations Attend conferences, exhibitions, and training events as required Experience: 8–12 years in technical service or application role within construction chemicals, waterproofing, flooring, and other building materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Chemistry / Material Science / or in related technical field. Experience in relevant industry would be a plus.
