Time & Priority Management Manage MD’s professional calendar and schedules Prioritise meetings, calls, and tasks Ensure optimal use of MD’s time for high-value work 2. Communication & Coordination Act as the main liaison between MD and internal/external stakeholders Filter communication and share only relevant information Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth execution 3. Follow-ups & Execution Track all tasks and commitments assigned by MD Ensure deadlines are met with regular follow-ups Escalate delays or issues proactively 4. Meetings & Reporting Prepare agendas and meeting briefs Record Minutes of Meetings (MOM) Prepare daily/weekly MIS, summaries, and updates for MD 5. Decision & Information Support Collect data and inputs before decisions Present information in a structured, concise manner Flag risks, dependencies, and priorities B. Personal Responsibilities (Supportive, Not Menial) 6. Personal Schedule Management Manage MD’s personal calendar, appointments, and reminders Coordinate family, medical, and personal commitments discreetly 7.
