Gym Membership Sales Executive

Gym Membership Sales Executive Ignite Fitness Club | Dharavi & Mahim, Mumbai Ignite Fitness Club is hiring result-oriented and confident Membership Sales Executives for its Dharavi and Mahim branches. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer interaction and achieving business targets. The selected candidates will be responsible for converting enquiries into memberships, generating new leads and driving membership revenue. Key Responsibilities * Convert walk-in enquiries, online leads and phone enquiries into paid gym memberships. * Proactively follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp. * Conduct gym tours and professionally present membership packages and facilities. * Achieve monthly membership sales and revenue targets. * Handle customer objections, negotiate appropriately and close sales. * Follow up with trial members and prospective customers. * Drive membership renewals, referrals and repeat business. * Maintain accurate daily records of enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and collections. * Coordinate with the branch team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. Candidate Requirements * 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in gyms, fitness centres, hospitality or retail. * Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. * Confident in handling customers and making outbound sales calls. * Target-driven, disciplined and self-motivated. * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel and sales reporting. * Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment.
