Job Title: Operations Executive Location: Gurgaon & Pan India Experience: 0 – 2 Years Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily operational activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth business processes across locations. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day operations and coordination across various departments. Manage documentation, data entry, and reporting related to operations. Ensure smooth workflow across assigned tasks and locations (on-site/off-site). Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for logistics and service delivery. Monitor and track inventory, dispatch, and service processes where required. Handle operational queries and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and SOPs. Travel as required for operational support (for Pan India roles). Requirements:0–2 years of experience in operations or a related field (Freshers can apply). Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or similar). Strong communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Willingness to travel (for Pan India roles).
