This entry-level role is ideal for freshers, with preference for candidates familiar with colony management, health/genetic monitoring, and GLP compliance. The role involves hands-on learning, documentation, and coordination with scientific, operations, and sales teams, ensuring adherence to national and international standards. Key Responsibilities ¢ Design and supervise breeding strategies to support continuous and high-quality production of SPF rodents and rabbits, maintaining colony size, productivity, and strain integrity. Monitor reproductive health, manage mating rotations, track weaning and litter data, and optimize breeding performance using documented metrics. Health monitoring procedures in alignment with the defined pathogen list.
