Guidewire Practice Lead

As a Guidewire Practice Lead at ValueMomentum, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and integration of Guidewire software solutions in the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Your role will involve providing technical guidance, leading client implementations, supporting the presales team, and staying abreast of technological trends to deliver high-quality solutions. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in the configuration and integration of Guidewire products. - Work closely with client implementations to deliver high-quality solutions. - Lead a team of architects. - Support the presales team. - Stay aware of technological trends to determine where to apply new technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Over 15 years of experience in Consulting or Insurance, specializing in large-scale system delivery, ideally encompassing the Guidewire Full Suite. - Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing extensive Guidewire full suite implementations across all project stages. - Hands-on technical expertise specifically in Guidewire Policy, Claims, Billing & Interfacing with Third Party systems. - Strong knowledge and comprehension of standards, specifications & standards bodies. - Extensive working experience in Onshore/Offshore model & handling large teams. - Delivery experience using Agile/Scrum methodology. - Ability to engage with sales and delivery in driving growth in the Guidewire vertical & build/execute COE for Guidewire.
