Guidewire Lead

As a Jutro Lead at ValueMomentum, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable front-end solutions using React JS. You will have the exciting opportunity to expand your expertise into the Guidewire ecosystem through cross-training on the Jutro Digital Platform. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping innovative solutions within the insurance domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead front-end architecture design and development using ReactJS - Participate in a structured cross-training program on the Guidewire Jutro Digital Platform - Collaborate with Guidewire developers and business analysts to translate requirements into Jutro-based applications - Implement Micro frontends (MFE) solutions for modular and scalable features - Design caching strategies for application performance improvement - Develop and maintain automated test suites using Jest or similar frameworks - Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Optimize application performance through code profiling and monitoring - Implement persona management solutions for personalized user experiences - Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Extensive experience as a React developer with expertise in Microfrontends, Jest testing, cache management, performance optimization, and persona management - Knowledge of Guidewire Digital Platform and Enterprise Engage applications - Proven track record of leading development teams in React-based projects - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SASS or LESS - Strong understanding of caching strategies and cache management - Experience in Jest, Mocha or similar testing frameworks - Deep knowledge of performance optimization techniques - Familiarity with persona management concepts - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with Agile methodologies and GIT At ValueMomentum, you will be part of a team that invests in your growth through the Infinity Program, enabling you to build your career with role-specific skill development.
