You are a highly skilled and experienced React JS Architect with over 12 years of experience in web development. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable front-end solutions using React JS. You will have the opportunity to expand your expertise into the rapidly evolving Guidewire ecosystem through cross-training on the Jutro Digital Platform. Your contributions will play a key role in shaping innovative solutions within the insurance domain. Your expertise will be crucial in areas such as Cloud Engineering, Application Engineering, Data Engineering, Core Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Domain expertise. As a Frontend Architect, you will lead frontend initiatives, drive reusable UI component strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and modern web applications. Your responsibilities will include architecting and designing UI applications using the Jutro framework in Guidewire digital platforms, defining frontend architecture patterns, collaborating with UX/UI designers, and optimizing performance across devices and browsers. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend architecture roles, with expertise in React.js, JSON-driven UI, and the Jutro framework. You should be familiar with Design Systems, Component Libraries, Theming approaches, and tools like GitHub Copilot. Proficiency in unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring is required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for effective collaboration with backend, DevOps, and Guidewire teams.
