Guidewire Claims Center Senior Developer

You will be responsible for defining opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments, identifying high-level customer requirements, and developing business solutions and structures to achieve the vision. Additionally, you will develop a business case to realize these opportunities. As an SME, you are expected to collaborate and manage the team, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. You will lead current state assessments to identify business opportunities, develop high-level customer requirements, and create business solutions and structures to achieve the vision. Key requirements for this role include proficiency in Guidewire Claim Center, a strong understanding of business architecture principles, experience in developing business cases, excellent communication and leadership skills, and knowledge of industry best practices in business architecture. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire Claim Center and a 15 years full-time education. This position is based at our Bengaluru office and the hiring process includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.,
