Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst – Cloud Migration
Experience: 5+ Years
Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Guidewire ClaimCenter cloud migration initiatives.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver migration objectives.
Support UAT, data migration validation, defect triage, and release readiness activities.
Drive requirements traceability and ensure alignment with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) standards.

Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Functional Requirements Specification (FRS)
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
As-Is and To-Be Process Flows
Gap Analysis and Impact Assessment
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
UAT Test Scenarios and Sign-off Documentation
Migration Readiness and Business Validation Reports

Required Skills

Strong BA experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and Agile delivery.
Experience in ClaimCenter migration, upgrade, or cloud transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of Property Casualty insurance claims processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred

Guidewire ClaimCenter domain expertise or certification.
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
