Guest Service Associate - Front Office

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest reservations, room allocations, and billing procedures.
• Respond to guest queries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel management system.
• Handle telephone calls, wake-up calls, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with relevant hotel experience may apply.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel management systems preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
