Role Overview

We are looking for a Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to manage customer interactions, provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience for clients throughout their property-buying journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the site office or sales office.

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide project-related information.

• Coordinate site visits, property tours and customer appointments.

• Maintain customer databases and update enquiry details in CRM.

• Follow up with prospective buyers and assist the sales team.

• Manage customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales, marketing and CRM teams.

• Ensure a positive customer experience during site visits and project presentations.

• Maintain daily visitor records and prepare enquiry reports.

• Assist in customer engagement activities and project events.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good customer-handling and coordination abilities.

• Presentable personality with a professional attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.

• Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.

• Experience in hospitality, front office, customer service, retail or real estate is preferred.

• Graduates from any stream are welcome to apply.
