Job Description:

We are looking for a well-groomed, pleasant, and confident female candidate to join us as a Guest Relationship Executive / Front Office Executive. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome with a smile and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a pleasant smile.
• Handle visitor queries and direct them appropriately.
• Manage the front office desk and maintain a professional reception area.
• Answer calls and provide necessary information politely.
• Assist in coordinating with internal departments as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Must be self-groomed, well-presented, and pleasant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
