Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Guest Relations Manager. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and overseeing day-to-day guest relations activities. The role also involves developing and implementing guest service improvement strategies, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, and training staff on customer service best practices.
