Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet members and guests warmly, manage visitor logs, answer incoming calls and route them appropriately. Client Relations & Member Experience: Serve as the first point of contact for all members and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Handle queries, feedback, and complaints with tact and efficiency. Space Coordination: Coordinate the usage of meeting rooms, event areas, and common spaces. Ensure that the coworking space is always tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with essentials. Onboarding Support: Assist new members during move-in by giving facility tours, providing orientation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Operational Support: Liaise with housekeeping, security, IT, and pantry teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Report any maintenance or facility-related issues promptly. Community Engagement: Help organize and execute community events, member engagement activities, and support marketing and social initiatives when required. Record Management: Maintain accurate records of memberships, access cards, inventory, and visitor data in the system. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, Air Hostess or front-office roles. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written in English. Presentable, courteous, and people-friendly personality. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using basic CRM tools or coworking management software. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
