Job profile:

• Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints
• Providing information about facilities, programs and other services
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating activities for guests
• Responding to guests requests for service and assistance as needed
• Helping front desk and other staff with language translations of guests
• Assisting staff with accommodating and respecting cultural sensibilities of guests
• Making reservations for customers and showing visitors to their rooms
• Ensuring that guests are satisfied during their stay at a hotel
• Handling complaints and concerns
• Helping with check-in and detailing all the facilities, including dining options and pool areas.
