About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, including VIPs and special guests 2. Answer guest inquiries, provide information about the resort, local area, and services, and offer assistance with travel arrangements, messages, etc 3. Proactively identify and address guest needs before they are voiced 4. Handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and escalate to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary 5. Develop rapport with guests to create a sense of personalization and loyalty 6. Suggest activities, dining options, and other amenities to enhance the guest experience 7. Work with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience 8. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback 9. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards 10.
