NURSE (NICU) Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to neonates who have been recently discharged from the NICU but still require medical support. Monitor vital signs (heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation). Operate and monitor medical equipment like ventilators and incubators. Administer medications, oxygen, or feeds via NG tubes or gastrostomy, if needed. Perform procedures such as suctioning, dressing changes, colostomy care, and tracheostomy care, if required.
