ROLE OVERVIEW (Read this twice)

We are not looking for a lecturer.
We are looking for a mentor who can produce results.

If you can’t simplify complex concepts, handle PYQ pressure, or answer cross-questions from serious aspirants—don’t apply.

SUBJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

You will handle General Studies including:

GS Paper Coverage

• GS-I: History (Ancient–Modern), Art & Culture, Geography (India + World)
• GS-II: Polity, Governance, Constitution, Social Justice, IR
• GS-III: Economy, Environment, Science & Tech, Internal Security
• GS-IV: Ethics, Integrity & Aptitude (case studies included)

(Exact papers assigned based on expertise. Jack-of-all-trades not welcome.)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver concept-driven + exam-oriented classes for Prelims & Mains
• Integrate PYQs into teaching (UPSC & APPSC both)
• Prepare original notes (not copied PDFs from Telegram)
• Design:
• Prelims MCQs
• Mains answer-writing frameworks
• Value-added content (examples, case studies, current linkage)
• Conduct:
• Answer writing sessions
• Doubt-clearing & mentorship sessions
• Align teaching strictly with latest UPSC & APPSC trends
• Coordinate with academic team for schedules, tests & revisions

❌ WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY (IMPORTANT)

• Faculty who only read slides
• Faculty who say “students should self-study this”
• Faculty who have never seriously analyzed PYQs
• Faculty looking only for “part-time easy money”

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Graduation mandatory | PG preferred
• UPSC / State PSC Mains experience (appeared or qualified) – BIG PLUS
• Minimum 1–3 years teaching experience in GS (UPSC/State PSC)
• Strong command over English + Hindi (regional context knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to teach offline & online

Job Type: Full-time
