We are looking for a creative and driven Automation & AI Workflow Creator to design, build, and optimize intelligent, autonomous workflows across various business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong practical experience with automation platforms, integrating different systems, and leveraging AI to build smart, multi-step processes. This role is perfect for someone who loves solving business problems with technology, simplifying complex tasks, and building scalable, reliable systems. Key Responsibilities Workflow Design & Implementation: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, multi-step automated workflows using our primary low-code platform, n8n . Intelligent Systems: Develop autonomous, intelligent workflows using AI models (Large Language Models or LLMs) and specialized AI tools to enhance business functions. Data Integration: Integrate external systems and applications, such as CRMs, ERPs, E-commerce platforms (like Shopify/WooCommerce), and internal tools (like Google Workspace) using APIs and system triggers ( webhooks ). Optimization & Reliability: Continuously refine and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure they run efficiently, reliably, and include strong error-handling. Collaboration: Partner with operations and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation and translate business needs into practical, high-impact automated solutions. Required Experience & Skills Automation Platform Experience: Proven hands-on experience (minimum 2 years) building workflows using n8n or similar automation platforms (like Zapier or Make/Integromat). AI Automation: Practical experience (minimum 1 year) working with AI and LLM-based automations to create intelligent, decision-making workflows. System Connectivity: Strong understanding of how different software systems connect and communicate using common internet protocols (APIs, webhooks). Data Structure: Familiarity with data formats like JSON and fundamental concepts of data organization and logic. Advanced Workflow Knowledge: Experience with workflow orchestration and building sophisticated automated agent systems. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex workflow issues.
