We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Consultant who can centralize, analyze, and visualize marketing data across multiple platforms. The right consultant will translate data into actionable insights that directly improve marketing ROI. Role Overview You will manage the setup, optimization, and reporting infrastructure for Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Emarsys, and Constant Contact. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic marketing understanding. You should be able to build dashboards, implement reliable tracking systems, and identify performance opportunities based on data. Key Responsibilities Audit and optimize Google Analytics 4 tracking and event structures. Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards for cross-channel performance reporting. Connect data from HubSpot, Emarsys, and Constant Contact into unified dashboards. Define and manage consistent UTM tagging frameworks for campaigns. Create automated reports that deliver insights for internal and client teams. Improve attribution logic and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Provide strategic recommendations based on analytics and performance trends. Requirements Proven experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio (minimum 3 years). Strong working knowledge of HubSpot reporting, Emarsys analytics, or similar tools. Understanding of email campaign tracking, attribution, and conversion funnels. Experience connecting APIs or third-party data tools such as Supermetrics, Zapier, or n8n. Excellent data visualization, reporting, and storytelling skills. Strong communication and documentation habits for cross-functional collaboration. Nice to Have Basic SQL or BigQuery experience for advanced Looker Studio integrations. Familiarity with UTM automation or data pipeline tools. Knowledge of HTML or CSS for light tracking tag adjustments.
