Additionally, they will oversee onboarding activities, enhance employer branding, and collaborate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements while monitoring recruitment metrics. Furthermore, the candidate should possess knowledge of local labor laws, benefits administration, and workplace safety regulations. They should be capable of drafting and updating HR policies such as remote work policies, leave policies, and anti-harassment policies. A strategic mindset is crucial for this role, as the candidate should be able to align HR initiatives with business objectives, such as implementing retention strategies to minimize turnover costs and devising growth plans like career paths and training programs. The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field (an MBA in HR or HR certification is a plus), exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, strong interpersonal skills to empathize and support employees at all levels, and familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws. Experience in tech, engineering, or industrial hiring is preferred but not mandatory.
