Group Account Manager

Responsibilities:

● Ensure seamless client interfacing and project management, with a focus on timely completion of interim and major deadlines.

● Contribute to the analytical and creative thought process in new business development pitches and ongoing projects.

● Meeting up with clients to get a brief on their brand presence & need for consumer connect.

● Researching on the brand to get information on brand essence, competition, past consumer connect programs etc.

● Presentation of the brief to the concept team, work with the creative team for ideation & conceptualizing.

● Presentation of the idea to the client so as to communicate the idea in an effective manner.

● Interact with the Operations team to ensure effective execution of the event & activation.

● Allocate briefs to team members, Lead & guide the team for effective planning & execution, brand understanding & ideation.

● Holding periodic team meetings to update/review on the team targets achieved & address pending issues.

● Assigning KRAs & making sure team members understand the job description well

● Identifying training & development needs of the team & ensuring same is met in coordination with HR

● Providing orientation to new joinees in team & on the job training

● Evaluation of performance for team member's growth

● Identifying manpower needs for the team & working in synergy with HR to hire the right talent

Work Experience:

6-8 years of experience in account management with in the digital agency space

● Strong Research, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per year
