We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our security services firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base by identifying, researching, and personally engaging potential clients to secure contracts for our professional security guard services.Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify prospective clients across various sectors (e.g., commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, industrial, and residential properties). Outreach and Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients through a mix of cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to introduce our services and qualify opportunities. Client Meetings and Presentations: Schedule and attend in-person meetings with potential clients to understand their security needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong professional relationships. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the client. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the operations team to create compelling, customized proposals and quotations that address specific client requirements. Relationship Management: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and new clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Reporting and Documentation: Accurately track all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the security services, B2B services, or related industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-starter with a proactive approach to lead generation and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for client meetings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
