Position Summary: The Sales Representative – Employer Outreach will be responsible for driving new business growth by securing contracts with healthcare employers across the State of Karnataka & Delhi. KPI & Performance Management ● Consistently meet or exceed agreed targets, including: ○ Minimum number of new employer contracts per month. ○ Revenue and commission goals ○ Outreach activity metrics (calls, meetings, proposals) ● Analyse outreach data, market trends, and client feedback to optimise sales strategy. Qualifications: ● 2+ years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device sales (including Medical Representative experience) strongly preferred. ● Proven track record of closing deals with decision-makers in a professional setting. ● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. ● Consultative selling approach with a focus on long-term relationship building. ● Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. ● Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
