Good and cost effective try i once, good to go with family better plan on weekdays to avoid unnecessary crowd. Food wise also taste cafeteria available in the park

Flower decorations were good. Crowd management was well done. Also there's a shop where TN Gov honey, and veggies could be bought at nominal price.
